This policy (together with our terms of website terms of use / content disclaimer featured below) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. All information and prices detailed are subject to change. For example, an advertised hotel facility may be closed for maintenance, or amenities may not be continuously available. If we are aware of any changes and if we regard them as likely to seriously affect your holiday enjoyment, we will advise you at the time of booking. However, should any changes occur after your booking is made, we shall inform you of this in writing as quickly as possible.

The images used are aimed at giving an accurate impression of the type of accommodation and facilities available. Obviously, not all rooms are identical to those shown.

Air-conditioning /heating is not always available 24-hours daily some hoteliers may decide to switch it off at certain times. All outdoor facilities, restaurants and bars are available weather permitting and/or maintenance.


This website is designed primarily for the use of UK residents and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of England and Wales.
