If you make a booking, or request brochures from us, then we may send you offers of new products from time to time. Should you subscribe to our email newsletter - this is sent on a weekly basis. We do not sell any of the information that you have provided to third parties and any company that your information is supplied to, is done on the strict understanding that it is not used for any marketing purposes.
To process your booking and ensure that your travel arrangements meet your requirements, we and your travel agent - need the information you provide, such as your name, address and for example any special dietary requests or details of any disability. We must pass this information to the appropriate suppliers of the holiday components and to any relevant security or credit-checking companies or any other authorities which are legally entitled to request them. You should however be aware that data protection controls abroad may differ from those in the UK. However, we will not pass any information to any persons not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. When you make a booking, you consent to details about you being passed to relevant suppliers. You are entitled to a copy of information held by us about you please ask if you wish to receive it.
Should you choose to pay by either of the methods above then, your credit card details are passed through to Barclays Merchant Services for validation as part of the booking process, if paying online, this is done through secure socket layering (SSL). These details are encrypted so that they cannot be read, displayed or printed by our reservations system once payment has been taken.
Are provided for your use and convenience, however we cannot guarantee their content, its accuracy or its provider. Similarly their inclusion does not imply that we encourage or endorse their use. Once you are on their site you are agreeing to abide by their terms, conditions and privacy policies. It is your responsibility to check on these matters once on sites.
A 'cookie' is a small piece of computer code that enables us to evaluate our clients use (but not you personally) of our website. You may chose to disable cookies, however this will affect the use of our website and you may not be able to use all of its facilities.
The information we are able to gather through their use enables us to monitor site use and make changes to suit our clients requirements.

All information and prices detailed online are correct to the best of our knowledge, however they are subject to change. Because the details are compiled many months before your holiday takes place, there may sometimes be amendments. For example, an advertised hotel facility may be closed for maintenance, or an amenities may not be continuously available. If we are aware of any changes and if we regard them as likely to seriously affect your holiday enjoyment, we will advise you at the time of booking. However, should any changes occur after your booking is made, we shall inform you of this in writing as quickly as possible. The images used are aimed at giving an accurate impression of the type of accommodation and facilities available. Obviously, not all rooms are identical to those shown. Air-conditioning /heating is not always available 24-hours daily some hoteliers may decide to switch it off at certain times. All outdoor facilities, restaurants and bars are available weather permitting and/or maintenance.
This website is designed primarily for the use of UK residents and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of England and Wales.
