IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Embarkation normally commences from 14.00hrs. Due to security reasons, all guests must be on board 1 hour before sailing.At final disembarkation, various formalities must be completed and the baggage completely landed prior to passengers being allowed to disembark. Please allow 2 hours from the scheduled arrival time before disembarkation can commence.
CABIN ALLOCATION
Cabins are allocated on confirmation, however if we are unable to confirm your cabin number at the time of booking, we shall allocate a cabin at the price you have paid for your chosen accommodation. Should your grade of accommodation not be available you will receive a cabin of a superior grade to the one you have booked. It may however be on a lower deck.ITINERARIES
All itineraries quoted are subject to alteration. Should major changes to the ports of call, other than timing adjustments become necessary we will endeavour to inform you prior to your departure.HEALTH REQUIREMENTS / MEDICAL INFORMATION
We strongly recommend that you contact your GP or local clinic to advise you of any vaccinations / medical requirements prior to your travelling.In your own interests, we suggest that you ensure that you are fit and healthy enough to take a cruise and all other travel arrangements you have booked through us. Medical Declarations will be sought for passengers who are pregnant or have any form of sickness, disease, injury, infirmity, disability or illness, whether mental, physical or otherwise which could affect their fitness for travel. Norwegian Cruise Lines reserve the right to refuse boarding to persons who is/ are unfit to travel. We are unable to accept bookings from women who are 26 weeks pregnant on the day of embarkation. Failure to disclose a pre-existing medical condition may invalidate your insurance.
Should you require treatment on board, payment will be required. Such charges are usually claimable under your insurance policy.
ON BOARD
The cruise is provided on a Full Board basis and comprises of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. NCL's 'freestyle cruising' means you will have the opportunity to do as you please. There is no need to book a dining time or restaurant prior to boarding the ship. Please note that all drinks are at an extra cost. The Ship operates a cashless system on board. Items are charged to your cabin and your final bill needs to be settled before you disembark. This can be done with either a credit card, Euro travellers cheques or cash.SHORE EXCURSIONS
A programme of activities at each port of call. These are available on request and can be pre-booked and pre-paid through your reservations agent.TIPPING

Any contract between the customer and the operator is subject to the booking conditions outlined in our main brochure. Please note that any reference made to accommodation in the 'general information section and booking conditions' as well as the 'important information section' shall also apply to cruises.

- Customers are obliged to disclose information regarding any pre-existing medical condition which may affect their safety or that of others onboard.
- Customers are required to inform the operator of any particular mobility difficulty which may require additional assistance when travelling by sea.
- The operator cannot be held responsible for any change or cancellation of a cruise if this change is solely due to a decision made by the carrier, its employees or force majeure.
