Welcome to Tesco Clubcard Members
Belleair Holidays working with Tesco Clubcard are pleased to offer £400 of reward tokens against any holiday (accommodation with flight) made with us. Reward tokens can only be redeemed on bookings made greater than 30 days prior to departure.
Please use our Search and book panel to find your ideal holidays in Malta, Gozo or Comino. If you prefer, please call us on our hotline number (0844 875 4740) and our reservations consultants will be happy to help.
Tokens can only be used on new bookings for travel between 01 April - 31 October 2012 (for holidays which include flights and accommodation).
ONCE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR RESERVATION
Please write the booking reference provided on each reward token and send them to us at the following address.

All tokens must be received within 7 days of the booking being made or your reservation may lapse and you may lose your deposit. Please note that reward tokens cannot be replaced, so it is recommended that they are sent special delivery.
On receipt of your reward tokens, we will send you a new confirmation Invoice and any balance outstanding on your holiday must be paid by the due date indicated on your invoice.
If your booking is within 56 days of departure, once reward tokens have been received and processed, your booking will be credited with the total value of the tokens and all credit owing to you will be reimbursed to you on the card the payment was made, within 4 working days.
THINGS TO BEAR IN MIND
- All Holidays are subject to availability at the time of booking and our standard booking conditions.
- Your booking must be made at least 30 days before departure. If you book 29 days before departure, you can still make a booking though, you will not be able to use your Tesco Clubcard tokens.
- Reward Tokens CANNOT be used against accommodation only holidays, flight only seats. Nor can they be used to pay for Deposits (currently £100 per person) or holiday insurance (loss of Tesco Vouchers due are not covered by our policy).
- Rewards tokens are valid for 6 months (expired tokens cannot be accepted). Tokens can only be used on new bookings for travel between 01April - 31October 2012 (for holidays which include flights and accommodation only) and are not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotion.
- Reward tokens may only be used by the Clubcard Holder (name printed on the tokens), however there can be more than one named token per booking as long as that person is also travelling. Tokens cannot be given as gift.
- No change will be given if the value of rewards tokens is greater than the cost of the holiday
Additional tokens cannot be added at a later stage, so please ensure all your reward tokens for this booking are included.
If you cancel your booking.
In the event that you cancel all or part of your booking any monies owing to you under our cancellation terms and conditions will be refunded in rewards tokens before any cash payment is applied.
